
Cast Iron Nashville Hot Shrimp
One of my absolute favorite things to make, i think you will LOVE these as well!

Servings: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 3 lbs Jumbo Shrimp(peeled, deveined)
- 1/3 cup garlic powder
- 1/3 cup smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup mustard powder
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/3 cup turbinado sugar
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- Honey
Instructions
- Get grill set for indirect heat at 425 degrees.(Oven works as well)
- Whisk together all ingredients for Nashville Hot Seasoning and set aside.
- In a large bowl add some oil to the shrimp so the seasoning sticks and then add as much seasoning as you like.
- Arrange shrimp in a 12" cast iron skillet. Sprinkle some additional seasoning on top if desired.
- Slice stick of butter into eevenly sized pats and place on top of shrimp.
- Place on grill for 13-15 min at 425 until shrimp are cooked through.
- Once removed from grill, drizzle on as much honey as you desire and enjoy!

Notes
Store bought Nashville Hot seasoning is fine, i just enjoy making my own! You will have some left over to use on something else.
