Buffalo Chicken Ranch Tortellini Bake
This only takes 10 min to throw together and 45 min to bake!

Ingredients
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken
- 24 oz Tortellini
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 2/3 cup ranch dressing
- 2/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- salt to taste
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove skin chicken and chicken from bone and cut into desired size chunks.
- In a 9 x 13 baking dish which together heavy cream, ranch dressing, wing sauce, and black pepper until you get a smooth consistency.
- Add tortellini and chicken and mix until everything is well coated.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese to the top and cover with foil. (Spray bottom of foil with cooking spray to keep it from sticking to cheese when removing)
- Bake covered for 25 min then uncovered for 20 min. Enjoy!

Notes
I use the tortellini from the fridge section but frozen works. Â Might give it an extra 5 min covered cooking time to compensate.
