Ingredients
- 6 sleeves Ritz cracker
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- minced garlic
- 1 cup bacon grease (liquid)
- 2 oz ranch seasoning
- 2 tbsp Potato Slayer seasoning
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Melt butter and garlic in a pan on low heat
- Add to a mixing bowl with bacon grease, ranch, black paper, and potato slayer seasoning
- Whisk and pour over ritz crackers in a 2 gallon Ziploc bag
- Gently turn bag to evenly coat all the ritz
- Evenly distribute on to 2 baking trays and allow to sit for a couple hours for crackers to absorb oil
- Bake at 300° for 20 min. Let cool and enjoy!

It’s a seasoning you can get at WalMart. Not a necessity but it’s great!

@Matt Ramsey, for good reason you don’t calculate nutritional info. Healthy food is not as much fun to eat. FYI I love your recipes. Our favorite is the chicken/pasta/bacon with the cheese sauce/cream cheese/colby cheese recipe. We call it heart attack in a bowl.
