
Beef Dino Ribs
Arguably the best bite in BBQ, these are such a treat!

Ingredients
- 2 plates Beef Dino Ribs
- BBQ Rub of choice
- Binder of choice
Instructions
- Trim fat and silver skin off top of ribs.
- Add a binder of choice(bacon grease, mustard, W sauce) and season top and sides generously with BBQ Rub.
- Leave membrane on bottom intact .
- Set smoker to 275 degrees and let BBQ rub sweat in while smoker is heating up.
- Place on smoker and spritz with 1/2 water and 1/2 apple cider vinegar about every hour.
- When a nice bark is set and internal temp is 160-170, spritz some butcehr paper to make it more pliable and tightly wrap ribs.
- Place back on smoker until probe tender which should be 201-205 degrees.
- Rest on counter for about 20-30 min then place wrapped in a towel in a cooler for about 90 min. Enjoy!
