Beef Dino Ribs

Arguably the best bite in BBQ, these are such a treat!

Ingredients

  • 2 plates Beef Dino Ribs
  • BBQ Rub of choice
  • Binder of choice

Instructions

  • Trim fat and silver skin off top of ribs.
  • Add a binder of choice(bacon grease, mustard, W sauce) and season top and sides generously with BBQ Rub.
  • Leave membrane on bottom intact .
  • Set smoker to 275 degrees and let BBQ rub sweat in while smoker is heating up.
  • Place on smoker and spritz with 1/2 water and 1/2 apple cider vinegar about every hour.
  • When a nice bark is set and internal temp is 160-170, spritz some butcehr paper to make it more pliable and tightly wrap ribs.
  • Place back on smoker until probe tender which should be 201-205 degrees.
  • Rest on counter for about 20-30 min then place wrapped in a towel in a cooler for about 90 min. Enjoy!
