
Bacon S'Mores Bubble Bake

Ingredients
- 2 tubes Jumbo Hot Cocoa Rolls
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 12 oz cooked bacon
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Quarter hot cocoa(or cinnamon rolls) and place in a 9 x 13 greased baking dish.
- Evenly distribute marshmallows and chocolate chips over cut up rolls.
- Melt butter and add to bowl with brown sugar.
- Heat up both marshmallow glazes that came with rolls for about 15 sec and add to bowl.
- Whisk everything together and pour over top of ingredients in baking dish.
- Add cooked bacon pieces and cover dish with foil.
- Bake 30 min covered and then 10-15 uncovered until rolls are cooked through. Enjoy!
Notes
Jumbo cinnamon rolls work fine if you can't find the hot cocoa rolls, might even be better! The bacon is optional but adds a nice savory and salty element! Bacon makes everything better!




This was a huge hit for our Thanksgiving! I had to make two because I had kids and other family unsure about the bacon. I’ll just say the bacon one was about gone where the one without had only one piece out of it. I did have to use chocolate graham cracker vs honey only because that’s all I had. The hot cocoa rolls were sold out so I had to use Cinnabon cinnamon rolls and I might only use 1 of the icing containers from the 2 packages next time as it was extremely sweet. Definitely is a keep in our house and will be made again for Christmas.
