Ingredients

  • 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz franks wing sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • bbq rub of choice(low sugar)
  • black pepper

Instructions

  • Season chicken with bbq rub and place in slow cooker.
  • Add wing sauce, ACV, honey, and black pepper.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
  • Shred and enjoy!
