- 1 box angel food cake mix
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 1.5 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp corn starch
Prevent your screen from going dark
In a large bowl mix together the cake mix and pie filling until smooth.
In a separate bowl add frozen blueberries and mix in corbstarch until coated.(keeps blueberries from sinking to bottom while baking)
Fold blueberries into cake mix.
In a greased 9 x 13 cake pan transfer cake mix nd smooth out.
Bake at 350 in a preheated oven until a toothpick comes out clean(approx 30 min).
Allow to cool and enjoy!
