Lemon Blueberry Bars

As easy as it gets and super tasty! Make these for your next pot luck for a stress free dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 box angel food cake mix
  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • 1.5 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp corn starch

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix together the cake mix and pie filling until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl add frozen blueberries and mix in corbstarch until coated.(keeps blueberries from sinking to bottom while baking)
  • Fold blueberries into cake mix.
  • In a greased 9 x 13 cake pan transfer cake mix nd smooth out.
  • Bake at 350 in a preheated oven until a toothpick comes out clean(approx 30 min).
  • Allow to cool and enjoy!
