Cut chicken thighs in half. Trim off any excess fat.
Season chicken thighs and cook preferred way until 165 degrees internal then set aside.
Optionally(but highly recommeneded), toast slider buns,
Add half of shredded cheese to bottom of slider buns then chicken thighs. one thigh per roll.
In a bowl mix together diced jalapenos, ranch, jalapeno juice, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined.
Spoon ranch on each chicken thigh.
Add remaining cheese to top before adding top slider buns.
Cover with foil and bake at 375 for around 15-20 min until cheese is good and melty.
Optionally(but highly recommended), brush melted butter on top slider buns and sprinkle on some garlic salt or bbq rub. Enjoy!
