- 10 hot dogs
- 2 cans chili dog sauce(10oz)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 12 oz cheese sauce
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- shredded cheddar(to top with)
- chili cheese fritos(for top)
- 24 oz fresh tortellini
Prevent your screen from going dark
Cut up hot dogs into chunks. On med high heat get some color on hot dogs and then remove.
Turn heat to med low and add beef broth along with chili dog sauce.
Add cheese sauce and seasonings and whisk until smooth.
Dump in your tortellini, and bring to a simmer. Cover with lid.
Allow to cook around 10 min stirring occasionally until plump.
Add hot dogs and stir until coated in chili dog sauce.
Top with cheddar cheese and fritos if desired. Enjoy!
