Remove skin from rotisserie chicken and chicken from bone. Cut into preferred size chunks.
In a large saute pan or dutch oven on medium heat, add chicken broth, heavy cream, bbq sauce, and seasonings.
Bring to a simmer and add tortellini as well as chicken. Cover and allow to simmer until tortellini is plump(around 10 min).
Add salt/pepper to taste.
Once tortellini is plump, add shredded cheese to top. Cover with lid and allow cheese to melt.
Add diced red and green onion if desired to the top. Enjoy!!
