Ingredients

Jumbo Shrimp(peeled, deveined)
1/3
cup
garlic powder
1/3
cup
smoked paprika
1/4
cup
cayenne pepper
1/4
cup
mustard powder

tbsp
black pepper

tbsp
kosher salt
2
tbsp
onion powder
1/3
cup
turbinado sugar
1
stick
unsalted butter

Instructions
Get grill set for indirect heat at 425 degrees.(Oven works as well)
Whisk together all ingredients for Nashville Hot Seasoning and set aside.
In a large bowl add some oil to the shrimp so the seasoning sticks and then add as much seasoning as you like.
Arrange shrimp in a 12" cast iron skillet. Sprinkle some additional seasoning on top if desired.
Slice stick of butter into eevenly sized pats and place on top of shrimp.
Place on grill for 13-15 min at 425 until shrimp are cooked through.
Once removed from grill, drizzle on as much honey as you desire and enjoy!

Notes
Store bought Nashville Hot seasoning is fine, i just enjoy making my own! You will have some left over to use on something else.
